7 day follow up and achieving 100%
hello. i'm 2 weeks into new post of cpa coordinator for my trust, and after looking at various issues, it apparant that the 7 day follow up is a 'big issue'. spoke to someone high up in our SHA, who told me that the 100% target is "non-negotiable", and teams that arent achieving 100% need to be "put on weekly monitoring". tried to explain that 100% is impossible at times, for a variety of reasons, she was also unable to supply me with areas that are able to achieve 100% follow up. is anyone 'out there' able to achieve 100%?
